We found this app, and it worked great for what we needed it for. However I didnt know that you had to pay a monthly subscription of minimum $29 a month to keep it. Only a 14 day free trial. A complete rip off.

Myself and my team are finally using a tool to organize all our tasks and schedule so looks our business control will go great now.

Great app for tracking daily hours and tasks for employees. Would like to see some more functions as they build.

This app seemed decent at first, but I have since found better apps for less. Now that I want to cancel the service, I can’t. Dummy email addresses, no phone #’s and the admin system doesn’t include any option to cancel service. I’m left with leaving a bad review of a somewhat OK APP that isn’t necessary, because I have to stop payment through my credit card. Bad business (scammy) practices for this one. I do not recommend.

Great app for keeping staff up to date on scheduling, tasks etc! The only thing I would change would be when you modify an event, if its a repeat event (weekly, 2 weeks, monthly) it deletes all the previous events prior to the modification.

the app is good but there is not screen rotation so i cant use it with my keyboard

Love this app! Its clean and user friendly! A few features that I would love to see in the next update are: 1. Sub tasks, 2. Tasks and Calendar events shown on the same timeline i.e: calendar or list view, 3. Task reminders and repeated task option, 4. Month and day separate scrolls in the add a new task mode

Weve found this to be one of the best apps for our small team. Combining task lists (a robust system in itself with the ability to have notes and comments, due dates, multiple team members and multiple lists) with calendars has been very useful

Can someone explain why this one is 4.99 a user a month. Hub is 4.99 for all user. Uhm they literally are the exact same app. I am a little confused here. Its a great app just not sure what Im missing that makes this different and get to charge more, feeling a little scammed.

These guys have zero customer support. Four customer support emails sent with no reply. You can get better app with more features for the amount of coin these amateurs are charging. Steer clear

We have struggled for years to find a decent way to communicate between field and office that is both easily manageable and not extremely expensive. The app is cheap for what you get - definitely worth it. My only wish would be if there was a way to track comments, appointments, etc per job. Like if were searchable or another tab for adding projects or something. But for the price, it has helped us tremendously. Everyone can stay up-to-date on job status and schedule. Its easy to use activity feed helps our otherwise tech resistant employees communicate. We havent really had to contact customer support so I cant speak to that... Occasionally the app crashes but its usually very short lived and we are back to work.

For our small business, my partner and I tried several other apps that just didnt include all the features we were wanting. Workbase fits the bill!! Tasks, calendar, easy messenging....love it all! Thanks!
